Welwyn's U13 girls came away winners from the Waterfall Festival run at Hitchin last Sunday. They were unbeaten on the day winning by scoring more tries than Hitchin who were the other unbeaten side.

Hitchin 1 - 1 Welwyn
Welwyn 7 -1 Cheshunt & Fullerians

The win is a great result for the side and as the youngest age group of Welwyn's girls section with several of the players new to the club, they look like they will continue the excellent tradition of the club.

The win came two days after several of these girls went to watch the Red Roses play the USA at Allianz Park on Friday 9th in which Welwyn girls Hannah Botterman, Zoe Harrison and Elena Perry all featured.
