Light refreshments will be provided. The purpose of the evening to collate thoughts, ideas, etc from club members and other interested parties to form the basis of a 5 year plan for the club. We acknowledge that in order to grow as a club we need integrate better with our local community and other groups which have rugby as a common purpose to grow the sport for all from ages 5 to 55 to include 15-a-side, touch/tag, rugby fitness for mums,etc:

The evening will proceed on the following basis:

· Introduction and explain the aims of the evening;
· Where the club has come from;
· What are the opportunities now/integration with interested parties;
· What do the members want from the club and who is going to do it;
· Rebrand exercise – pros and cons;
· What next?
