Guernsey v Westfield
Saturday 11th February 3pm
This weekend see’s Westfield make their first ever trip to Guernsey
In what will be a historical occasion for the club the match will be their first competitive fixture off UK mainland.
Guernsey new to the Combined Counties League this season has been a welcome addition. At home their crowds have averaged well over a 1000 and they have brought decent numbers to away games. They currently sit top of the division but last month saw their hopes of a perfect home league campaign dashed when they went down 3-2 to Eversley
The Westfield party will be flying out of Gatwick at 8.30 on Saturday morning arriving in Guernsey an hour later where they will be picked up and transported to the hotel. They will then be picked up and transported to the ground where the match will kick off at Footes Lane at 3pm
After an evening in the capital St Peters Port they will depart Guernsey the following morning at 10.20am
There are two changes to last week’s squad- The suspended Rob Jones is replaced by Michael Leech whilst Scott O’Connor comes in for the unavailable Matty Edwards.

On Saturday the reserves are due to face Warlingham at home although this is subject to confirmation following last night’s snowfall
