Weekend Preview
Cruicial league fixtures plus big cup tie
Westfield look to bounce back from last weekend’s late defeat at Eversley as they host Bookham at Woking Park.
Our visitors are currently rebuilding after the break-up of the squad that came down from the Premier last season but a worrying run of form has seen them slip to 2nd bottom. However performances of late are reported to have improved and 3rd placed Warlingham needed two late goals to come from behind and beat them last weekend.
Westfield are still without the injured Craig Woodley and Daryn Hennessy whilst Dan Band has also picked up a knock on the Knee. Matty Edwards and Rob Anderson could return after they missed last weekend’s match.
Kick off at Woking Park is 3pm
Titch’s reserve side boosted by the return of 8 players make the trip to Lalham Rec to take on Staines Lammas (2pm)
On Sunday the ladies face a huge cup tie at home to Crystal Palace in the County Cup (1.30pm) Please make an effort to pop down and watch the girls
