This week there was good and bad news for Westhoughton III.
First the bad news, at Tuesday's NMCL meeting the Exceutive Committee found us guilty of fielding an ineligible player against Springhead on 14th July, when Dan Naylor made a beautiful 73 not out. This will result in us losing the points we gained plus a 5 point penalty.

On a brighter note the NMCL also published the latest league averages and I am delighted to announce that the Division 3 Batting is headed by our very own Kai Hodgkiss with an average of 94.5, well done Kai and keep it up !!
