Preseason Training

2012 Preseason training kicks off this Sunday from 2pm at Lillie Road Recreational Ground in Fulham.

After another big year at the Wildcats, we're back to do it all over again. Come down to Lillie Road this Sunday from 2pm to meet the coaches, welcome news players, have a light kick as we ease into the new season. Afterwards we'll be heading to the Walky for a few Snakebites and to watch the Swansea City V Arsenal match.

For those of you who haven't been to our training before, please click here to see the training ground on Google Maps! Lillie Road is about 12 minutes walk from Hammersmith Tube Station, however, the following buses also stop at the ground:

220 - from Hammersmith or Wandsworth
295 - from Shepherds Bush or Clapham Junction
190 - from Richmond/Chiswick/
211 - from Waterloo/Chelsea/Fulham Broadway
74 - from Putney or Kensington

The weather has been relatively good in recent weeks so the playing surface should be pretty good. That said, it'll probably be cold so we recommend a base layer to keep yourself warm. It's best to wear footy boots as the ground will be pretty slippery and you'll probably fall over in trainers.

Players of all standards are welcome - even if you've never played before!

We'll continue to train at Lillie Road until mid April when we'll move to Tuesday/Thursday evening training sessions over at Barn Elms.

If you have any questions, please email westlondonwildcats@londonfooty.com.
