Tour 2012 - Newcastle
Its time to get your deposits in
Please ensure all deposits are received by Wayne Coghlan , Geoff Lewis by first week of February.
This years tour is subsided by the club , but there some charges please see below.
This years tour sees the us venturing to Newcastle on Friday 13th April (early) flying from Bristol Airport.
Return will be on Sunday 15th April.
First £50 deposit is due now - this is to secure your seat on the plane. This deposit covers the cost of any name changes should you decide not to take up your seat.this deposit will be refunded.
£50 charge to cover some tour costs (non refundable) payable February
£50 Room / hotel damage waiver payable before your allowed to fly (will be refunded once "the tour management" are certain there are no damages to pay)
We will have a game arranged against a local side on the Saturday
