Eleanor's example has inspired other young people to volunteer and helped to change attitudes across the board from both Junior and Senior sections of the club.

Always available to help anyone, with anything, at any time, helping with team warm-ups, 1st Aid, kitchen duties, raffle tickets, administration, cleaning, drinking wine, setting up equipment, mentoring young players etc.

She has also contributed in providing a young person's perspective to business plans and helped with recruitment and development of a n u15 women's rugby team within the club's development plans for 2016-17.

Eleanor picked up her award on Sunday at Twickenham before the England -Wales match.
