It's set to be a great year for sport in the UK – we've already enjoyed seeing the success of our Olympians and Paralympians at the Winter Games in Sochi, and the Commonwealth Games are yet to come – and we are proud to be part of it.

Sir Arnold Clark, Chairman and Chief Executive, said: “Sports teams throughout the UK work tirelessly to raise sponsorship for their clubs and, as this is a huge year for sport, we are giving away over 1500 sports strips – £50,000 worth of kit – as part of our 60th anniversary celebrations. It’s our way of saying thank you to the local communities who have helped us reach such a remarkable milestone.”

With reports that Sport England are to cut grassroots funding for English football teams by £1.6 million in the coming year, this competition could not have come at a better time.
