We realise that some members are against the move; however as a section we need to move on and look at ensuring the best possible facilities for our club.

Agenda - Resolution

Your Governing Board has unanimously accepted the following proposal -

The Current South Shields & Westoe Club's Dean Road site, be sold
The club relocates to new premises which are to be constructed on the designated site to be leased at Temple Park.

Both will be subject to the successful passing of a duel planning application.

This meeting is to seek members' support for the Governing Board's proposal.

NB - At the previous Special General Meeting held on 18th April, 2017, the Governing Board was requested to produce the Business plan and Site plans by 18th may. this was complied with and these have been available on the notice boards and behind the bar since that date.
