Please note that this is from immediate effect and that all assets, fees and membership and liabilities are now novated to the newly incorporated club.

We have also adopted the model rules provided by the RFU as our Memorandum and Articles of Association which are a strong basis in which to take the club forward with the correct administrative structure.

The club memorandum and articles are all CASC (Community Amateur Sports Clubs) compliant in the event of the club registering in the future to gain tax relief on donations and opportunities for grants.

It is recommended that you read these Memorandum and Articles of Association as it sets out the remits in how the club operates and its corporate governance. it lists directors, terms of office, election, appointment and reappointment along with the format and structure for AGM's etc. This is also available for download from the website
