They have been selected for the new Leeds Rhinos Women's Super League team.

The players were recruited following a series of trials that were led by Leeds Rhinos Foundation with the support of Rhinos coaches Barry Eaton, Chev Walker, Jonny Wainhouse and Mark Butterill.

Leon Crick, Rugby League Development Manager for Leeds Rhinos Foundation, said he is impressed by the talented squad that makes up the first ever Leeds Rhinos Women’s team. “We made a conscious effort to make the trial process as open as possible and that has paid dividends for us, we have attracted players from a variety of backgrounds, some existing club players who wanted the opportunity to play in the Super League, and new players to the game as well.
