As you may be aware West Park RFC has recently commenced delivery of a rugby development coaching programme in Thatto Heath Primary School.
West Park is currently able to call upon the services of a locally based Rugby Coaching Company RugbyPerformance.co.uk Ltd who are responsible for the delivery in school. From our perspective the aim of the programme is to introduce as many young people to the game of rugby union and also to encourage them to visit the rugby club and maybe even join us and play in organised fixtures at weekends.
To this end we will be inviting you and your child to attend a coaching evening in early February so that you can see the club in action. This will be a Friday evening event and covers the minis and juniors right through to the clubs First XV. We intend to make Friday evening club training a major development night utilising the experience and talent at the club to bring on all the junior sides, and their coaches.
