Old Westminster Citizens go down fighting.

Andy Foster's young squad played some excellent football last night to dispose of fourth placed OWC. The visitors had players missing whilst the Bluebloods were only without James Stretton who was suffering from brain fatigue after studying too much on Saturday for his forthcoming insurance exams -- this also caused him to miss playing in the Final!!!

The game ended 6 - 0 with Josh Morris and Cameron Stebbing both scoring twice -- Joe Walby and Connor Byrne got the other two. Thanks to all the supporters who turned up to watch this top of the table clash -- the watching Managers must have been impressed with the quality shown by the squad -- remember that the majority of these boys were playing in the Fours last season so the future looks bright.

There were some excellent performances last night as there were on Saturday in the AFA Kent/Surrey Final by the Reserves. I gave Man of the Match to George Scudder -- an extremely impressive performance from the teenager.

On Saturday we entertain Nottsborough .
