Kingo and Hally feature this Saturday.

The “wounded list” is gradually decreasing due to the dedicated work of the Club medical staff – they have been working overtime to get numerous key players fit and this week sees the return of key strikers Matt King and Chris Hall and midfield dynamo Anthony Sawyers.

Hally and Kingo play in the Threes and Fives respectively on Saturday and we wish them good luck in their comeback games following significant lay off periods. Anthony Sawyers is in the Fours squad at home to Civil Service.

Neil Currie and Chris Tookey should return in the next month although the two on the Dislocation List will need to wait a bit longer. First teamers George Scudder (dislocated knee) and Sam Kemp (dislocated shoulder) are progressing well due to the devoted care of our nurses who have been asked to refrain from wearing their stilettos as the boys find them distracting.

James Stretton and Callum Stebbings are improving slowly and Greg Brown and Cam Stebbings took knocks in their latest game and are absent this week – they should be ok for 27th September.

The First team, Fours, Fives and Vets are all at home this Saturday with the Fives kicking off at 1pm and the Fours at 2.45pm. The other two games have 3pm kick offs. Its a full programme at Corkscrew Hill and everybody MUST SHOW UP IN THE BAR AFTERWARDS as we are trying to break the Club "takings" record for a Saturday.

There is a massive Premiership game on the box as Boiled Ham try to repel the Scousers -- sounds like this game needs a Chef instead of a referee. Gibbsy, Airey and PJ will be crying in their beer after about 20 minutes.

The Liverpool contingent is growing in strength despite the fact that Mike Cadman is still missing -- Bobby Sullivan is back so is Gerrard Elliott. Connor "The Beast" Byrne will be there (eventually) with Macca and AC and Joey Cotton -- The Shoe and Jack Doyle are bound to be on the case with Stu Abrey and Jonah. There could be quite a few red shirts in the bar -- hopefully they will match the faces of the Hammers supporters.

So men -- prepare yourselves to beat the Bar Takings Record - two of our nurses will be behind the bar to assist Dave as we anticipate a massive turn out. The nurses will have a dual responsibility on Saturday -- one to serve beer and two, to attend to the inebriated.

The Reserves travel to Old Salesians and should be back in time for the second half -- the Threes kick off at 2pm in the AFA Junior Cup at Mill Hill Village so Andy Foster will be busting a gut to get back for the game.

Let's get maximum points on Saturday 'cos points means pints and the Bar Bill Record is there for the taking.
