Simply print off and complete the below Club Application Form as well as the Standing Order Form and return them to the club by hand.
Subscriptions are paid by standing order, Credit Card or Cheque.
No playing member will be allowed Rugby facilities or selection without first satisfying the committee of his / her obligation to pay the subscription.
Code of Conduct
All members & supporters of this club are expected to play & support the playing of the game of Rugby Football Union in accordance with the spirit of the game.
In particular, members should ensure that in their playing of the game, and in their general support of the club and its teams that they at no time indulge in any unsporting behaviour or activities which could blemish the good name of the club or bring the reputation of the game into disrepute.
Namely; insulting opponents, making offensive remarks to the referee, touch judges or opposition supporters, deliberately feigning injury, taking property belonging to the opponents or their club, publicly criticizing the referee; playing under the influence of excessive alcohol or the influence of drugs, making racial or racist remarks or behaving in a way likely to cause offence (including to members of the public whilst travelling to or from a fixture).
Members should understand that the club could be held responsible or answerable to the Surrey Rugby Football Union and in turn, the Rugby Football Union for the actions of its members or supporters in respect of any misconduct as outlined above and in consequence could be punished for those actions.
Weybridge Vandals RFC will discourage from selection any player who repeatedly infringes this code. The club may also hold an inquiry into any alleged breach and suspend or expel any member or supporter it finds guilty of breaking the code from membership of the club.
