Dear Vandal, Christmas lunch is now a sell out for tomorrow for which I hope will prove to be a very entertaining day of Rugby. All three games at Brownacres have a 2pm kick off.

With that in mind can I respectfully ask that you arrive ready to be seated for 12.30 prompt. Table plans will be in the bar and on the door so you can pre-order drinks for your table if you wish. The bar is open from 11am if you would like to come and see Santa early.

Gary and his team of caterers are providing Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings for £17.50 per head, please help us to collect the money by handing your money to your “table head” when you are seated. You can then relax and enjoy the atmosphere before the game. There will be a lunch raffle with some slightly different prizes than usual in aid of the Rugby section.

You will also have the chance of winning a bottle of champagne with the ever more popular 500 club draw held monthly at lunches. If you are in attendance and already a member, or indeed sign up on the day and your number is drawn you will win the cash prize and the bottle!
