CHOICES OF MEMBERSHIP AND WHAT YOU ARE ENTITIED TO
FULL PLAYING MEMBERSHIP
£15.00 per month (£180 per year).
Entitlements:
• Right to play for senior teams.
• Right to stand for election to general and rugby committees.
• Right to vote at AGM.
• Full use of clubhouse and facilities.
• Access to training facilities and coaching.
• Access to physiotherapists and medical equipment.
• Equipment for training and match days.
• Laundry service for playing shirts.
• Free or subsidised use of club booked transport for selected away matches.
• Reduced fees for Clubhouse hire & Disco.
• Alcohol token (to members completing mandate by 1 August 2012).
Membership is conditional upon monthly payment. If payment lapses, membership and all associated entitlements also lapse.
GOLD MEMBERSHIP
£20 per month (£240 per year).
Entitlements:
• All entitlements listed under full playing membership plus:
• Half price Annual Dinner ticket.
• Half price cost of trip to IRB Sevens at Twickenham.
• Free entry into Christmas Draw.
• Half price entry to Club Functions (exc. Annual Beerfest).
• Alcohol token (to new Members completing mandate by 1 August 2012)
Membership is conditional upon monthly payment. If payment lapses, membership and all associated entitlements also lapse.
VICE PRESIDENT CLUB
£25 per month (£300 per year).
Entitlements:
• All entitlements listed under full playing membership plus:
• Free ticket to Annual Dinner.
• Free ticket to IRB Sevens at Twickenham.
• Free entry into Christmas Draw.
• Free entry to Club Functions (exc. Annual Beerfest).
• 2 alcohol tokens (to members completing mandate by 1 August 2012).
Membership is conditional upon monthly payment. If payment lapses, membership and all associated entitlements also lapse.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
£10 per month from September-April (8 months).
Entitlements:

One off payment £50 (£40 if paid before 1 September 2012)

• Free or subsidised use of club booked transport for selected away matches.
• Reduced fees for Clubhouse Hire & Disco.
SOCIAL MEMBER
One off payment £30 (£20 if paid before 1 September 2012)
Entitlements;
• Right to stand for election to general and rugby committees.
• Full use of clubhouse and facilities.
• Free or subsidised use of club booked transport for selected away matches.
• Reduced fees for Clubhouse Hire & Disco.
MINI & JUNIORS FAMILY MEMBERS
One off payment £20 (£10 for single parents)
Entitlements:
• Right to stand for election to general and rugby committees.
• Full use of clubhouse and facilities.
• Free or subsidised use of club booked transport for selected away matches.
• Reduced fees for Clubhouse Hire & Disco.
• Vote at Mini’s & Juniors AGM.
Notes applicable to monthly membership schemes:
• Preferred methods of payment are monthly standing order or payment up front of full annual cost. By agreement payment can be made in cash but this will need to be paid monthly in advance.
• As noted if payment stops membership and all entitlements stop until payment (including back payments are made).
• If Gold/VP payments cease, members will be moved to either non playing member or playing membership status subject to actual payments made being enough to cover annual costs.
• Where players/members are out of work or suffering financial hardship arrangements can be made to enable then to retain membership – the Membership Secretary can be approached in confidence to discuss this, evidence of claims will be required but will remain confidential. Benefits received under Gold or VP Club membership will not continue under any reduced membership payments.
• New players can play for one month (up to 4 games before they have to set up standing order).
• Current players are required to sign up to a scheme or contact Peggy by 1 October.
