Preseason training starts on Tuesday 5th July, at the club, starting at 7pm sharp (changing rooms will be open from 6:45) and will be every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter until further notice.

Further to the AGM, the new or reappointed captains and vice captains are now in place and are ready for the season ahead.

The coaching and rugby management team has been secured for another season, with the possibility of some new exciting additions in this area, to be announced in the near future.

Some crucial changes have been introduced to the game plan, applicable to all sides and the details relating to this will be brought in from the first pre-season session, so attendance is key.

A programme for preseason has been agreed and it is very much a progressive programme, ensuring that all areas of our game are covered, so we can hit the ground running come September when we entertain Avonmouth in the first league game of the season.

After the success of last season, we have the potential to kick on again and from the plans which are now in place, exciting times are ahead and it all begins next Tuesday!!!
