Today we faced one of our most challenging games , Aretians RFC. First Challenge presented was getting to the match, a number of parents failed here and even one of the coach's :) also poor Zagros was ill and unable to play (we all hope you feel better soon)

13 Strong Wolves turned up. Games faces on all.....

Aretians play by the new rules which include 3 man Scrum, rucking and mauling. A pep talk from our coaches, to inform the Wolves of what we had to do and how we need to play. feeling a little apprehensive the whistle the blows. Wow, the Team have listened to us!!! They get into formation each player guiding each other on where they should be and how they should play. First scrum is called, George hooker with the strong Bryce and Rudi props and Owen as Scrum half. the ball s cleared from the scrum and passed along the line with great passing and catching all the way. Each and every player gave it their all. I asked the referee to anominate a player of the match. This week that player is Rhys, he played with passion, determination and a huge level of respect for both his team and the Aretians.

Even after the match the referee was complimentatry of the the Wolves Squad stating that each and everyone was pleasant and polite on the pitch and in and around the club.

Well Done all, we are very Proud of you......
