Rules

The intention is to run a draw club where 50% of the proceeds from the members shall be returned by means of a monthly draw. It is anticipated that the club shall raise approximately £1,500 for Whitstable Rugby Club each year from this activity.

1. All draws shall be made on the second Saturday of each month where possible and winners details shall be posted on the website. In order to keep administration to a minimum, we shall not communicate by letter unless you are a winner, in which case your cheque will be posted to you.

2. Members can join Club100 by signing a debit agreement for £2.50 per month for a minimum of one year period (12 months) and agreeing to the club rules that all payments must be paid in full prior to the monthly draw, otherwise membership shall cease and eligibility for the draw that month shall be null and void.

3. By joining the club you agree that your name and address shall be kept on a database and that this data shall be used for no other purpose than Club 100 business. Each membership shall be allocated a number between 0 and 100 for the purposes of the draw. It is allowed for one person to hold more than one membership.

4. The club is open to all members and non members over the age of 18.

5. A draw shall be made by the Club 100 Promoter using the electronic random number selector or a club member to pull numbers from a container. The numbers shall be drawn each month, in reverse order, culminating in first prize. In the event of a draw date being missed, the draw shall proceed on the next available Saturday.

6. In the event of a dispute, complaints should be made in writing to the Club 100 Manager c/o WRFC, within one week of the draw. The decision of the Club 100 committee is final.

7. The Club 100 committee shall consist of the WRFC Secretary, WRFC Chairman and the Club 100 Promoter
