Wick FC will be holding their annual Veteran’s sixaside competition on Saturday 30th May, now in its sixth year we're promising a great social event for all involved. We are planning to start games at 11am to allow the competition to be over before the scheduled 5pm FA Cup final kick-off, which we are planning to show on a big projector screen in our newly re-furbished clubhouse. This year the club has decided to donate all the entrance fees to Cancer Research UK.

Cancer Research UK fund over 2,000 doctors, scientists and nurses in the UK working on life-saving research, some of which is happening here at Bristol University.

The day will be a great opportunity to meet up with players past and present in a friendly atmosphere. We are hoping to get 16 Football Associated affiliated teams on-board, running 4 leagues with each team guaranteed 3 games.

Team entrance fee is £30 and all players must be strictly 35 or over. There will be a variety of refreshments available throughout the day and each game affiliated by a qualified official. The tournament rules and entry form are attached. We are keen to confirm numbers ASAP so if you’re interested please could you let us know by the end of March.
