Heritage Open Weekend - Old Wids 90th Anniversary

I know I've been a bit slow putting this on the website. I've had a few reasons/excuses, some good, some not so good.

If you click on "photos", there are two albums showing 99 pictures taken by Martin Griffiths, Ste Clark and Sharon Miller which neatly summarise the work and play that went into the weekend.

This photo was taken by a young lad from the Martial Arts Club. His involvement was like a lot of others - standing by, happy to help. The two Heritage Rooms are up and running. All that's needed are a couple of names. We can't keep calling them Upstairs and Downstairs.

One of the first tasks we've identified (as I was reminded by Dave Herriman on the day) is to get a full set of 1st XV photos. I've already mentioned that I've got all the teams from 1924 to 1939 and it looks like we've got a full set for the 60s. I expect that one of the difficult eras will be the early 2000s. I'll knuckle down this week and try to identify what we have and haven't got. In the meantime, I'd appreciate you rummaging under your bed and in the attic for ANY OPEN AGE WIDS TEAM PHOTOS and email copies to johnloughnane@hotmail.co.uk with as much information as possible - especially the season. Thanks to everyone who's helped so far.
