The last time these two sides met was back in November which resulted in a comfortable win for Sefton by 24pts – 18. The visitors will be keen to maintain that advantage by completing the double, as well as claiming the local bragging rights and keeping up their very impressive run of form of five wins from their last seven games.

Widnes, on the other hand, will have been buoyed by only their second away win of the season last weekend and will be keen on making it three wins on the trot before taking to the road for their final three matches of the campaign.
