Wids Annual Golf Day
For those involved; please read the enclosed message from tournament organiser, Brian Gill.
"Wids Annual Golf Day" - for the John (Rackers) Ratcliffe Memorial Trophy.
24th August. Meet time: 10.00am at the Golf Club.
The Format for the days play will be Stableford, full handicap - better ball.
All scores are to be marked down so there will be an individual winner and also a pairs winners, the score of the pairs will be the the best score for the hole.
The longest drive will be on the 17th hole and the ball must be on the 17th fairway to be counted.
The nearest the pin will be on the 18th hole.
Please respect and enjoy the hospitality afforded to us by Widnes Golf Club.
Those who have paid deposits have no worries, I have ordered meals for 54 which includes Ian Ratcliffe’s mum and Mrs. Everybody else will now have to pay on the day but please get there as close to 10am as possible, as I have to collect, count and pay the monies to the Golf Club before they will allow us to play.
