July 14th/15th Contractors will undertake maintenance of both Senior and Junior pitches, the process will involve Verti draining and fertilising, so these areas will be out of bounds until further notice. This is emergency maintenance to improve the standard of the playing areas for everyone for the coming season.

Can Team Managers in all groups let me know you wish to support a push to maintain these areas for game time only so as to retain a quality playing surface for the benefit of all teams I can be contacted on 07948 210325 or come along to any monthly rugby committee meeting.

We will have in place a planned maintenance scheme to commence April 2017 so anything we do now is a short term fix with a limited time frame, additional flood lights will be operational from the end of August so a wider area will be available to try to accommodate all teams. Let me know through Sharon for the juniors an idea of your groups needs for marked areas and times you train, we could consider marking a training only pitch with post for team runs if this was considered to be needed for the benefit of more senior age group teams .

We have a Rugby meeting Thursday at 7-30 14th if anyone has any wish to attend on the above or any rugby related matters.
