Before you visit the Select Security Stadium, we would like to give you an insight into your forthcoming match day experience with us.

Whether you’re visiting the town for the first time or if this is your first match, our guide will help you make the most of your time at Widnes FC.

If you need a place to park your car, would like food & drink before the match or details on the easiest route to the stadium via public transport, all the information is here.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the score, but we aim to ensure you, your friends and family have a great day at the Select Security Stadium.

Buying tickets with Widnes FC couldn’t be easier. Our friendly staff will be on hand to help with all your ticket enquiries.
Simply enter the stadium via the turnstile entrance, you will then be guided to the i-pitch entrance. Entrance to the stadium is 1 hour before kick-off. Once you have collected your tickets you will be guided to your seating area by a safety steward (normally around the player tunnel area), if you are unsure on the day, please approach our stewards who will be happy to assist you.

Ticket prices are as follows

Adults £6.00
Concessions £3.00
Under 16’s FREE when accompanied by a paying adult

Programmes (£2.00) and Widnes FC pin badges (£3.00) can also be purchased when you buy your tickets.

All you need to do now is take your seat and enjoy the match

Food & drink inside the Select Security Stadium

We have options to suit all budgets at the Select Security Stadium, where you and your family can pick up traditional match day food and a mixture of hot & cold beverages before and during the match.

If you’re looking for a place to chill out and relax before and after a match, then there is no better place to go than our Legends Sports Bar and Café. Situated in the Lowerhouse Lane stand, Legends Sports Bar and Café offers our fans a hub to chat, meet and enjoy the company of other fans.

Ways to follow Widnes FC

Transport getting to the ground

From the North via M62

Take Junction 7 and then A568 dual carriageway towards Widnes following brown signs to Halton Stadium. Take Ashley Way (A562) and 2nd exit off roundabout (McDonald's on the right) and 2nd exit off mini-roundabout into Lowerhouse Lane.

From Runcorn & the South

Cross Widnes/Runcorn Bridge (A533). Take signs to Widnes (A562). At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Widnes Town Centre and first left following brown signs to Halton Stadium (McDonald's on the right) and 2nd exit off mini-roundabout into Lowerhouse Lane.

From South Liverpool

Take Speke Road (A562) and follow signs for Widnes (A562). Continue following brown signs to Halton Stadium. Take 1st exit off next roundabout (McDonald's on the right) and 2nd exit off mini-roundabout into Lowerhouse Lane.

Please allow extra travelling time as there are major road works around the Runcorn Widnes bridge.

FREE parking available, please be early as the car park is also used by other stadium users.

By Rail: The train station is roughly a 20-minute walk from the ground. The following online rail journey planner might help you to plan your journey: On leaving Widnes Station turn right into Birchfield Road and continue onto Highfield Road. At the traffic lights continue onto Lowerhouse Lane.

The stadium is all seater and has a total capacity of 13,350.
