Wigan Bulldogs open age kept their pre-season games on track with a hard fought win against a good Lions side. With 20 minutes and and the score at 0-0 on a wet Saturday afternoon it looked like the 1st half was gong to end at 0-0, until Daren Williams went over the whitewash for his debut try for the club. Silly penalties could have cost us the game but our defense stood up to whatever the Lions came at us with giving the Bulldogs their 4th victory in a row. 2nd half was even better than the 1st half with a great completion rate of around 65%, everyone on the team stood up today to a tough Lions teams who never gave up.
