Wembley Dream Over Again!

The Robins continued their poor form in FA competitions with a disappointing 1-0 defeat at Padiham. After weathering an early storm the score was 0-0 at HT. Padiham were reduced to 10 men early in the second half but after dominating the majority of the play it was Padiham who scored the winner. A free kick from the left was whipped in and Ben Allen managed to get the faintest of touches to find the corner of the net.

Another encouraging performance from the Robins but if you dont take your chances at this level you dont win games!
