The 96th Annual General Meeting of Wigan RUFC will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 4th May 2017 and you are cordially invited to attend. The meeting will commence at 7.30pm.

Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee (see 6.1 of the Constitution) and the Rugby Sub-Committee must be made on the Notices which will be posted on the notice board in the Clubhouse on 10th April 2017. Such nominations must be proposed and seconded and the nominee sign to indicate their acceptance. In practice it is prudent to consult the nominee before formally proposing and seconding them.

The Notices will be removed at 12pm on Thursday 27th April 2017 after which further nominations will not be accepted. Any nomination which has not been accepted by signature will be discounted. Any unfilled positions may subsequently be filled by the Executive Committee in accordance with paragraph 6.2 of the Constitution.

Other Notices of Motion or Agenda items must also be received by me in writing by 12pm on Thursday 27th April 2017.

Copies of the Agenda and the Minutes of the 2016 AGM will be available on the evening of the meeting.
