DV stump removed by mindless vandals

The little known DV stump is no more. In situ since 1962 it has gone the same way as many of the Club's original features following a testosterone fuelled attack by an operative of Clarke Demolition Ltd. The latter are now considering offers (cash only) from any member interested in purchasing this piece of DV history. English Heritage were unavailable for comment
