At the Wigan and Leigh Service Area Dinner held last week it was no surprise at all to see our club stalwart pick up another distinguished honour to his name. Yes you've guessed it George Herring or (Mr St. Pat's) as he is known to us long serving members was nominated for the award of "Unsung Hero". Unfortunately George could not make the dinner due to prior arrangements but I am certain I speak for all connected with our great Club on congratulating George for winning another well recognised and deserved honour. The part he has played within the St. Pat's fold is a major role and one he has carried out for over 35years WELL DONE GEORGE you deserve it pal.
