Marine's game update.
Pre-Match tribute.
I have today been promised that a member of the Royal Marines will play the last post prior to the Open Age game at 13-30pm Saturday 18th Feb 2012. Please could we all honour this minutes silence and last post in tribute to the Fallen Heroes and serving Heroes in our Forces. The attached photos show Wigan Marine's top Liam Elms and bottom Steven Darbyshire. The under 9s curtain raiser will Kick Off at 12-00 mid-day as arranged. The teams will be led onto the field by the Marine's Standard Bearers and Trophies will be presented by Gt. Britain, Wigan and St. Pat's legend Andy Gregory.
