Training will continue each Tuesday and Thursday - 6.30pm prompt - and each Saturday there will be the opportunity to apply skills and improved fitness to some full on contact sessions .

2/8 - Meet at Low Moor road 2 00pm for a squad workout at 2 15pm.

9/8 - Invitation 7's Tournament featuring 6 Cumbrian clubs and we will be entering 2 squads of 12 players - more details to follow via a website page.

16/8 - Away day mini tour to Jedforest RFC – plan is to take 1's and Wanderers for a workout at this popular Borders club. Coach travel leaving at 11.30am

23/8 - Home fixtures with Gateshead RFC - a continuation of this established pre- season workout with the North East lads . Games for both 1's and Wanderers at 3 00pm KO

30/8 - Wanderers XV have a fixture in the Cumbria Plate Quarter Final away at Creighton RFC kick off 3 00pm. 1's Squad workout at home.
