This months Committee meeting saw many positive moves forward for the club both on and off the field.

Thanks to the Parish Council for their continued presence and work with the club to help provide the best cricket provision possible in the village.

Committee Meeting Review

- Wilburton are in the process of purchasing a ride on mower from Littleport CC. The club are working alongside the local Parish Council to work out the finer details of how this will work logistically, the club are delighted that we should now see a far more improved outfield for both pitches.

- Lee Newton will be renovating the back toilets to accommodate 4 teams at the ground this season with the presence of 3 Saturday sides at the club for this first time.

- Gothard Sizer colts tournament that was rained off has been postponed until a later date. Richard Padmore, head Colts Co-ordinator, is in the process of rearranging the tournament and hoping that with time more teams will enter.

- Ben Shipp will be running a 100 club/lottery fundraiser, more details from his to follow.

- Richard Padmore, Calum Steel and John Falconer will be running a Car Boot Sale on Sunday 29th April, more details for players and officials to follow.

- 28th April will see the clubs Signing on Day, all players who are not signed on will not be available for selection on the opening day of the season.

- All Captains were happy with pre-season preparations and are set to meet next week ahead of the season to unveil their starting XI's for the upcoming season.
