In alignment with Wilmslow Touring Policy the U15 have engaged RFU to arrange tour insurance.
Thank you for inviting us to provide you with tour insurance under our RFU Tour scheme.
Please find attached the policy schedule for your tour. The insurance is provided by RSA under our specialist scheme, developed for RFU Tours and has been based upon the information provided in your completed proposal form.

Details of the terms, with administrative arrangements and guidance notes are provided in the following attached documents:-
· Full policy wording, together with a summary of cover. We recommend you read this carefully to ensure you understand the cover limits, exclusions, conditions & warranties.
· Our Terms of Engagement which forms the legal agreement between us. Please read clause 6 headed “Limitation of Liability” which refers to the limitation of Marsh’s liability which shall be capped at the amount specified in clause 6.1 of those Terms of Engagement.
Please read these documents carefully now and let us know immediately if any of the information about your insurance requirements is inaccurate or inappropriate to your needs, so that we can take appropriate action as soon as possible.
