ROM THE M60:
Leave the M60 at Juntion 1 and follow the A5145 in the direction of Didsbury. Drive uphill for approximately 1.5 miles, passing the 4 Heatons pub on your left at the base of the hill and Didsbury Road school as you reach the top. Continue through the traffic lights, go past the Crown pub on your left, several shops on the right and then turn left at the next set of traffic lights onto Station Road. Follow the road round to the left and then sharply to the right, then turn right into Battersea Road. Drive through the industrial estate and the club is at the end of the road.
FROM THE M56:
Leave the M56 at Junction 1 signposted Didsbury, and head down Kingsway (A34) for approximately half a mile. At the major junction where the Parrs Wood Leisure Complex (cinema, bowling, hotel, pub) is on your right hand side, turn right onto Parrs Wood Lane (A5145). Continue straight on, past the Dog & Partridge pub on your right, climbing uphill past the Griffin pub on your left and at the traffic lights turn right into Station Road. Follow the road round to the left and then sharply to the right, then turn right into Battersea Road. Drive through the industrial estate and the club is at the end of the road.
ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
From Stockport, take a 42 or 20 bus service headed towards Didsbury. When you come through Heaton Mersey village shops, past the Crown pub on the left and Frog and Railway on your right, get off at the next stop, just past Station Road. Go back to Station Road, down the hill, follow the road round to the right at the bottom of the hill and turn right into Battersea Road. The club is at the end of the road.
From Manchester direction, take a 42 bus which ideally goes to Stockport. Get off at Grundy Street, just past the Griffin Pub on Didsbury Road. Walk 50 yards uphill and turn right at the traffic lights onto Station Road. Go down the hill, follow the road round to the right at the bottom of the hill and turn right into Battersea Road. The club is at the end of the road.
If the bus service terminates at the Parrs Wood complex, walk past the Bell House pub and turn right at the junction onto Parrs Wood Lane, which turns into Didsbury Road. From there it is a 5 to 10 minute walk up the gentle hill, past the Dog & Partridge pub on the right, the Griffin pub on the left and then turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto Station Road. Go down the hill, follow the road round to the right at the bottom of the hill and turn right into Battersea Road. The club is at the end of the road. You can use these last directions if you take the train to East Didsbury train station as well.

Liverpool St Helens
Liverpool St.Helens Football Club is easily found. It lies adjacent to the intersection of the A580 (East Lancashire Road) and the A570 (St.Helens - Southport). It is visible from the A580 from both approaches.
The main access is from the A570 (Rainford bypass) via a cut-through to the left on the northbound carriageway, about 50 metres north of the A580 intersection.
On entering the cut-through one takes left again at the junction and then follows the minor road round to the club, passing a single track road to the left. For traffic from the Liverpool direction only, there is access from the A580 via the same single track road, (easily missed, and not recommended) immediately beyond the petrol filling station.
The distances to the club from the centres of St.Helens and Liverpool are 2 and 11 miles respectively, and from the M6, 5.5 miles.
