First Team Manager appointed

8 months ago By Wayne Turtle

Following last week’s decision by Paul Grimes to step down as first team Manager

the board are delighted to announce that they have taken the decision to appoint Rob Watson as the new manager and wish him all the very best in his new role.

Rob who has been at the club some time now issued the following statement :-
“I’d like to thank the football club for giving me the opportunity to become first team manager, I have been at the club a long time as player/coach, assistant I know the club well and fully believe I am the right person to take the club on. I have inherited a fantastic squad of players from Paul and I’m delighted he will be staying on as a player. I believe this squad has shown over the past two games what they are capable of and hopefully we continue to progress from now. The club has high ambitions that I fully support and with this squad of players and staff we believe we can achieve them”

The board would like to thank all those that applied for the position and wish them all the best for the future .
