If you wish to apply for tickets to the World Cup next year you need to take action now...

We have now received full details of our allocation of tickets for the 2015 Rugby World Cup. The application process is totally different to the normal International ticket applications and varies depending on whether you want to apply for tickets for the games at Twickenham or for the games at other venues.

Games at Twickenham

The following games will take place at Twickenham:
Fri Sept 18 England v Oceania 1
Sat Sept 19 France v Italy
Sat Sept 26 England v Wales
Sat Oct 3 England v Australia
Sat Oct 10 Australia v Wales
Sat Oct 17 QF2:W Pool B v RU Pool A
Sun Oct 18 QF4:W Pool A v RU Pool B
Sat Oct 24 SF1:WQF1 v WQF2
Sat Oct 24 SF2:WQF3 v WQF4
Sat Oct 31 FINAL

We will receive a fixed allocation of tickets for each of the above games. The number of tickets ranges from 12 for the final through to 20 for quarter finals. Please note that there are four categories of ticket prices and they are expensive, e.g. for England group games they range from £75.00 through to £315.00 whereas for the final they range from £150.00 through to £715.00. Full details are on the RWC website (www.rugbyworldcup.com)
If you would like to apply for tickets for any of the above games you must notify Graeme Roberts by email (graeme.roberts@wflms.co.uk)by 28th April 2014 at the latest. Please specify exactly which match you are applying for. Applications will be limited to 4 tickets for each match. Tickets will be allocated amongst those members who have applied. In the likely event that the number of applicants exceeds the number of available tickets, the tickets will be allocated by ballot. We will let you know whether your application has been successful by 6 May. At that point Graeme will enter the details of the successful applicants on the RWC2015 ticketing website. You will then be sent an email from the RWC inviting you to register. From that point all future contact will be with the RWC rather than Graeme. Tickets actually go on sale from 16 May 2014 to 30 June 2014 and will be sold on a first come first served basis. If the price band you are seeking is sold out you will be offered alternatives if available. The RWC will collect the ticket money direct from you.

Other Games

We have been allocated 300 tickets for the 38 non-Twickenham matches. Our quota of tickets is not fixed to any specific match. If you would like to apply for a ticket for any of the non-Twickenham games could you please email Graeme by 28th April 2014. He will then enter your details on the RWC website as above and you will be contacted by the RWC. At this stage you do not need to specify which games you are applying for. Again applications will be limited to 4 tickets for each match.
