Winter training will be held for Senior and U15 players on Thursday evenings from 1800 to 2000 hrs at Wirral Grammar School for Boys. The cost is £2 per session for Seniors and U15s go free (price included in Annual Subs). All sessions will offer skills based warm ups followed by netting and training opportunities, including supervised use of the Bowling Machine. Existing players are all welcome, as are new members. So feel free to come along and give it a go, whether a seasoned pro, returning player or complete novice. It's a great chance to keep fit and learn new skills. New senior members are invited to join our training sessions for free for the first 4 weeks. We look forward to seeing you all there.
