We have been made aware of an issue with the new WRFC Membership cards being made inactive when stored near mobile phones.
This issue is being looked into, however we must ask that the membership cards are not stored near your phone.
If you find that your card has stopped working, please don’t worry, you will still be able to show your card to receive a discount at the bar and any credit already uploaded on you card is recorded on the till. For those affected, please contact Becky Skinner by email at email@example.com who will arrange for a replacement card to be given to you free of charge.
Please Note: One free replacement card will be issued to those affected by the issue. After this, subsequent replacement cards will be charged at the standard replacement rate of £5.
