Work weekend - 14th / 15th July
Help get Broad Lane ready for the new season!
Wivenhoe Town are looking for volunteers to come along to Broad Lane this weekend (14th and 15th July) from 10 am for a work weekend to get the ground ready for the new season. Any help with time or resources will be greatly appreciated.
A selection of the jobs that need doing -
Grass Cutting
Weeding
Holes to be filled with cement
Re-painting of yellow safety marking on the terraces
Footpath requires relaying
Clearing of rubbish and
Pitch side brick walls need to be checked and rebuilt where required
Take down old sponsor boards/banners and put up new banners
Re paint goals and check nets
General clear-up of club house and changing rooms
Fix pool table locks
Painting and repair of changing room floor
Fill in car park pot holes
