John Phelps

John Phelps a Senior and Much Respected Member and Former Officer of the Club has died.

It is with great sadness that we inform members of the death of John Phelps last night. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his wife and family.

John will be dearly missed as he was a great servant to the club as a former President and Treasurer along with coaching the colts in the eighties.

There will be a minute silence before games on Saturday and Sunday as a mark of respect.

The Committee.

What sad news - always rememeber his pint jug and pipe ( i nabbed it three times !)
He was always there for many an away game and tour - and was always up for the crack , as well as representing Wolverampton RUFC .
A role model to us all - greatly missed !
    Condolences to Snap and family.

A sad day for rugby at Wolverhampton. A great man and supporter of the club, he always told you the truth when you thought you had had a good game.
A larger than life character who will be missed.
Thoughts go out to Snap and family.
