Welcome to the Woodford U14's

We are pleased to offer youth rugby from Under 13 to Colts in rugby age groups coincident with school years (Under 14 = Year 9).
Woodford welcomes players of all abilities and experience. Please contact one of the coaches for more information or come along to one of our training sessions on a Thursday.
Our youth rugby is supported by qualified coaches within excellent facilities. We follow the RFU continuum principles for children playing rugby so that by the time they are in the Colts they are ready to progress to the adult game.
We run mid week training sessions and arrange home and away matches with other clubs on a Sunday from September to April. Details of fixtures, training and our selection policy are available on this site
I believe Rugby is a wonderful team sport with social and life values that can last you a lifetime. Through physical engagement players develop decision making skills and individual responsibility for themselves and others. If you would like your child to give rugby a try then please contact a coach in the appropriate age group or come down to one of the training sessions and see for your self.
