I just wanted to reiterate what I said today about the massive improvement in the tackling this season compared to last season. It has been a pleasure to see huge players being knocked down
time and time again by you all. I hope you can see that with the right technique and commitment you can tackle anybody.

You have had some excellent games this season and win or lose the important thing is that you have played to the best of your abilities.

Statistics are stunning:

881 tackles made this season compared to 205 last season.
An average of 62.9 tackles per game this season compared to 35 per game last season.
Everybody has improved with most players more than doubling their tackles per game from last year.

The Results for the most Improved Tacklers are:

First Place : Jack with 52.5 tackles and average of 4.375 per game which is an improvement of 16.875 times last season’s average.
Second Place : Joseph with 24 tackles and average of 2.4 tackles per game which is an improvement of 4.4 times last season’s average.
Third Place : Ben with 51 tackles and an average of 3.40 tackles per game which is an improvement of 4.21 times the first half his season with us.
Fourth Place : Nik with 33.5 tackles and an average of 3.05 tackles per game which is an improvement of 3.75 times last season’s average.
Fifth Place: Sam Harding with 27 tackles and average of 2.455 per game which is an improvement of 2.788 times last season’s average.
Sixth Place: Sam Hurd with 23 tackles and average of 1.64 per game which is an improvement of 2.57 times last season’s average.
Seventh Place: Sam Sherret with 45 tackles and average of 4.09 per game which is an improvement of 2.42 times last season’s average.
Eighth Place: Freddie with 53 tackles and average of 4.41 per game which is an improvement of 2.15 times last season’s average.
Ninth Place: Levi with 32 tackles and average of 2.667 per game which is an improvement of 1.928 times last season’s average.
Tenth Place: Ryan with 85.5 tackles and average of 5.7 per game which is an improvement of 1.559 times last season’s average.

Second Place : Stuart with 108.5 tackles and average of 7.233 per game.
Third Place : Miles with 64.5 tackles and average of 7.167 per game.
Fourth Place : Ryan with 85.5 tackles and average of 5.7 per game.
Fifth Place: Freddie with 53 tackles and average of 4.417 per game.
Sixth Place: Jack with 52.5 tackles and average of 4.375 per game.

I also wanted to thank my fellow coaches and parents for all your hard work this season and especially to Chris and Matt and giving so much of their free time for us.
