SYSCOM Building Management Ltd is an independent control systems house specialising in Building Energy Management Systems for the building services industry and was formed in the autumn of 1998. The company continues a process started by EMASER Control Services back in 1987 and by continually adding key personnel we have been able to provide a service that we are proud of.

We are a client focused company with dedicated and highly motivated team of engineers and technicians who take great care and pride in satisfying our client’s needs, both on and off site. The company offers system design, engineering, control panel design & construction, electrical installation and commissioning services to a very high standard.

SYSCOM are accredited as being a Trend Systems Integrator, the leading UK supplier and installer for American Auto-Matrix, a fully integrated dealer with the Automated Logic Corporation and a Value Added Partner for Siemens Building Technologies along with being certified as an approved supplier and installer of the Tridium product. In 2010 Syscom acquired Jenco Electrical Engineering Ltd an NICEIC accredited electrical installation company.

Business Overview
Syscom are Environmental and Energy Management Control Specialists. We Supply, Design, Install, Engineer, Commission and Maintain Building Energy Management Systems. Our belief is that specifiers, designers and users of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) should have a common approach to customer/client relationship. By working together, a trust can be developed which would enhance a ‘feel-good’ factor within the alliance of supplier and end users.

Syscom are members of the BCIA, which is affiliated to FETA, and have achieved the high standard of accreditation to be members of the SAFEcontractor association and Constructionline. Syscom also recognises its responsibility to its employees and is actively engaged in achieving the Investors in People accreditation.
