Just 1 week into his new job, Pollard appears to have gotten his feet firmly under the table and doesn't plan to waste any time stamping his mark on the team.

"Like anyone coming into a new job, I am full of ideas and enthusiasm and just want to get stuck in. There are a million and one things I am aiming to achieve this summer and a great deal of them already have the wheels in motion."
