Running for a kit!
The Under 8s ran for miles to raise money for a new kit.
In freezing conditions, and after completing their scheduled training session, the players set off running laps around their pitch.
Having collected sponsors, the children wanted to prove that they could complete their task and soon left the adults behind!
Running between 18 and 20 laps of the pitch, the youngsters ran the equivalent of 2 miles to raise the much needed funds.
It is hoped that their efforts will result in a new kit for the new season.
Well done boys, we are very proud of you all.
