Woolston Rovers Under 11s Golds side for 2019 have organised a fundraising 3k Santa Dash next Sunday (16th December) to support one of the mum's Rachel Thompson who has had a difficult journey over the past few years with illness.

The run starts at 10am on Sunday 16th December around Hillock Lane Playing Fields, adjacent to Rovers base at Monks Sports Club.

Head Coach Phil Lucy said, "We want to show Rach that we are all behind here s she continues her treatment and the money that we raise will enable her to make some great memories with her family. She has been a great supporter of our team and we just want to give something back to her. Sponsor forms are available and it would be great if other teams from the club would also get involved."
