Based near Swindon in Wiltshire we are a successful club running mens and ladies hockey teams and a very active junior hockey development programme.

Wootton Bassett Hockey Club (established 1959) near Swindon in Wiltshire is a successful club running mens and ladies hockey teams and a very active junior hockey development programme.

Our ladies' teams play in the West Clubs Ladies League: the 1st XI in the North Division, our 2nd XI in Wessex Division 1 and our 3rd XI in Wessex Division 2.

Our men's teams play in the West of England & South Wales Hockey League: the 1st XI in the Avon Division, our 2nd XI in Wilts & NE Somerset Division 1 and our 3rd XI in Wilts & NE Somerset Division 2.

Our Youth development programme continues to thrive, with coaching every Sunday morning at Wootton Bassett School and Colts matches against other clubs from the Swindon and Wiltshire area during the season. Our mens and ladies 3rd XIs also provide opportunities for our veterans to pass on their experience to our young, aspiring 1st XI players from our development squads.
